In ACDSee Pro, there are a variety of tools available to help you to refine your search results and hone which images are displayed. This makes finding just the images you were looking for a simple task, even in a collection of tens of thousands.

Filter Your Folders

You can use the Filter By options to identify the types of files and folders you want to display in the File List pane. All you have to do is click on the Filter drop-down menu at the top of the File List pane. Simply select a filter option, such as Rating 4, which will display all the images given a rating of 4. Or choosing Green will display all the images given a green label.

Grouping Your Files

You can use the Group By option to instantly organize images into specific groups so that they are manageable and you can find specific ones quicker. Just click the Group drop-down menu at the top of the File List pane. From the menu, select the criteria you would like to group by. You can group by camera type, file size, whether it’s tagged, or a whole bunch of other options.

Sorting Your Files

You can easily sort your images based on their file properties, such as their size, whether they’re rated, tagged, etc. This makes specific criteria easy to find and organize. Click the View drop-down menu at the top of the File List pane and select a sort option.
