ACD Customer Support Policy

ACD Systems provides free, person-to-person support for the current and previous two versions of its products. ACD also supports its products that were released within the past two years. ACD Systems offers free, self-serve support for its products released over two years ago, or which have had more than two subsequent releases.

Liability Statement

If you request the customer support staff from ACD Systems (ACD) to assist you in diagnosing and correcting a problem that is perceived to be related to the software purchased from ACD or one of its affiliated partners, you agree that ACD is not liable for any damage to your equipment, photos, or software on your computer as a result of providing that support (either directly or through actions taken by you that are attributable to advice provided by ACD). You further agree that in the course of providing this customer support, should ACD become witness to any materials that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, or is otherwise unlawful, ACD may without further recourse report such incident to the appropriate authorities.
